Discreet Packaging
We’ll always deliver your Velvet Toy Box order in a discreet manner. Our packaging is plain and the label will be either Auspost with the sender name being Hank Tank Enterprises, with a return adress being a PO BOX or with Fastway with the same sender name and just your name and adress. There will be no pictures or other form of label on the package.
Delivery
We have the options of Australia Post or Fastway couriers for your delivery which you you be able to let us know on checkout which is your preferred delivery method.
SHIPPING FEES FOR AUSTRALIA:
FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $200
Australia Post parcel service $12.95- delivery is 2 plus working days.
Australia Post Express Post satchel service– $16.95 – delivery is 1-3 working days.
Fastway Couriers – $13.95- delivery is 1-3 working days.
If you have placed an order with us that is eligibale for a free delivery option- just choose the “free delivery” option on checkout in the shipping section.
TRACKING
Once your order is packed and ready to go out, you will receieve a tracking number through the website by email for your selected delivery service. You can either log on to
https://auspost.com.au and track your item with your tracking number
If you have selected fastway couriers, you will receiev an email from us and also Fastway with a tracking number. You can log on to https://www.fastway.com.au/ and select the track option, there you can add your tracking number to follow the progress of your order.
Authority to Leave
Delieveries will be done according to the system if Auspost and Fastway where if no one is home they will leave a card for you to arrange a re-delivery- for Fastway or pickup from the post office if you have selected Australia post.
